This mosque stands inside the Aslanli Han, a Seljuk building in the centre of Muş. From its architectural features it is thought to have been built in the seventeenth century.
The main space is square in plan, covered by a large dome in the middle with low domes at the sides. The mihrab is plain, a niche under a round arch; the portal is of cut stone, its pointed arch set in a niche. Two parts were added later: the minaret in 1902 and the wooden porch for latecomers in 1997. It is on Gazi Caddesi in the Minare quarter.
