The mosque in the market at Güney, in Denizli province, is one of the longitudinal single-space mosques with a flat ceiling, under a hipped tiled roof. Its wooden ceiling carries octagonal decoration filled with lozenges. The mihrab has a semicircular niche in a frame with moulded piers, and to its west stands a wooden minbar. On the north side of the prayer hall is a women's gallery resting on wooden posts.
The windows are rectangular with wooden frames, those on the upper level smaller, and the lower windows have wrought-iron grilles. The door into the hall is iron, decorated with a star and crescent. The Turkish inscription above that door, dated 1935, is taken by the Ministry to be the date of construction. Just in front of the building stands a single-balcony minaret with a polygonal prismatic base and cylindrical shaft, the base having round-arched niches. Minibuses run to Güney from the Denizli bus station.
