Dipsizgöl Tabiat Parkı lies within the boundaries of Çiftler village in the Tosya district of Kastamonu. It was declared a nature park on 11 July 2011 over 5 hectares, and a boundary revision on 7 May 2021 extended it to 97.03 — nearly twenty times the original. A development plan has been prepared for it.
The whole of the park is forest, which is the reason given for its protection, and the lake inside it is its other asset. What is unusual about Dipsizgöl is how it fills: no stream runs into it. The water comes instead from a spring emerging below the lake.
The park is reached through Tosya and then Çiftler village. It lies 9 kilometres from the Tosya–Ankara road, 25 from Tosya and 95 from the centre of Kastamonu, and the road is asphalt the whole way.
